We have lots of things to check, inspect, survey and measure before we can say that a development is possible. But stick with us – it is what we do, and we’re damn good too.

The process looks like this:

SITE APPRAISAL

An expert, no-obligation site assessment of the building carried out at no cost to you

Step 2

OFFER

Pay offer made to building owner

Step 3

LEGAL AGREEMENT

1^st payment released to building owner upon formal agreement to proceed

Step 4

PLANNING APPROVAL

2^nd payment released to building owner upon completion of planning and design work

Step 5

CONSTRUCTION

Building works commence with minimal disruption to residents

Step 6

COMPLETION

3^rd payment released to building owner at the end of the project
